Refunds/Returns Policy
Please note that Foreday Morning costumes are custom-made items therefore once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable. Additionally, information inputted by you the customer will be considered as final and as such there will be:
NO exchange or switching of sections.
NO changing of measurements or sizes
NO Costume Transfers
NO Returns accepted
Collection of costumes requires a FULL payment receipt. Should you require another person to collect your costume; a clear copy of your photo ID, a signed permission letter, and your FULL paid receipt will be needed for collection. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Personalization: All major personalizations of Foreday costumes must have visible 90% of our theme logo/brand. No acceptances.
